White Chili Recipe

1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp cumin seed
1 cube chicken bouillon
3-4 cup water
2 T. butter
4 chicken breasts, cubed
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cans white shoepeg corn
2 (4 oz) cans green chiles, diced
2 (15 oz) cans great northern white beans
1 tsp ground cumin
juice of one lime
grated cheese
fresh cilantro

In large pot, simmer together water, lemon pepper, cumin seed, and chicken bouillon.
In separate skillet, cook diced chicken until all juices cook down. Add 2 T. butter, garlic, and chopped onions. Saute in butter until chicken is browned.
Add chicken mixture to pot, and then add UNDRAINED corn, chilies, and beans, stir. Add ground cumin and bring to boil. finally add the lime and serve with cheese, Fritos, and cilantro if you like.
