500 g minced mutton
2 eggs
1 onion
1/2 tsp thyme
salt & pepper
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the minced mutton with 2 eggs, garlic salt, finely chopped onion, thyme, salt & pepper. Knead well & form meat balls.
2. Thread the meat balls on to skewers
3. Brush the meat balls with olive oil
4. Brill the skewers until meat is tender
