Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a childhood recipe that Jenny, Chris and I always loved, and one hta has become a favorite of our own families! It is so easy and basic, but so delicious. The secret is the "Open Pit" brand BBQ sauce....if you substitute, it just doesn't taste as good.

Mom usually served it with a baked potato, green beans, and wedges of apples and oranges. I "dress it up" [haha] with sour cream and chive mashed potatoes, homemade applesauce and the green beans.
