6 tbsp. oats
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cashews, broken up
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
1 jar chocolate hot fudge topping
1 graham craker crust
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream soft enough to spread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix oats, flour, cashews and margarine. Bake on a cookie sheet, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely. Spread 1/2 fudge topping over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cashew mixture. Top with ice cream. Freeze. Serve with warm fudge sauce and remaining cashew mixture sprinkled on top.
