4 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP chopped parsley, [or dry]
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
4 onions, medium size
4 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
Pinch or 2 of sugar
salt and pepper
2 tsp Worchestshire sauce
2 lbs ground chuck
2 cans tomato paste [2 12 oz cans-Contandina brand]
2 large cans tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until soft: onions, garlic, green pepper. Add meat and brown in same pan thoroughly. Add tomato paste and soup, 2 tsp of Worchestshire sauce, parsley and condiments. Cook in slow cooker all day.
