3 eggs, beaten
2 C sugar
2 C flour
1 C Wesson oil
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 C coarsely grated and drained zucchini
1 C halved walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, flour, soda, salt, vanilla, spices and baking powder. Mix well. Dry zucchini well. Stir with nuts into the egg mixture. Pour into 2 greased 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool thoroughly.
