2 bunches fresh broccoli washed and dry
1/2-1 lb. of well cooked bacon, crumbled
1+ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small purple onion
Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
4 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut broccoli florets. Cook bacon and break up into baco-bits. Put all ingredients together. Mix all ingredients for dressing in a jar and shake well. Pour over broccoli mixure. Best if it sits overnight or longer.
