2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 tsp baking soda
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. sour cream (12 oz)
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

STEP 1: Cook raisins in water for 10 minutes. Drain and cool. STEP 2: Cream together brown sugar and butter. Add oatmeal, baking soda and flour. Mix well. Press 1/2 batter on bottom of 9x13 pan. Save the other 1/2 to put on top. Bake first layer of batter for 7 minutes at 350º. STEP 3:
Combine and cook (on medium heat) egg yolks, white sugar, sour cream and cornstarch together, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add cooled raisins and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour mixture on baked crust and top with remaining half. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. Cut when cooled.
