1 c. margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 tsp almond extract
3 c. flour
Pinch of sat
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, sugar, eggs and almond extract. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Spread 2/3 of dough in jelly roll pan. Spread 1 can of cherry pie filling on top of dough. It is better with two cans of pie filling. Dot with the remaining dough. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

GLAZE:
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp almond extract.

Drizzle this over the top of bars.
