1 lb. bacon - crisp
1 head lettuce
1/2 cauliflower
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Chop lettuce, cauliflower; crumble bacon; toss, refrigerate. Stir together mayo, mustard, and sugar - refrigerate. Toss, sprinkle on parmesan, stir in dressing JUST before serving.
