1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 c. Cool Whip as frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, oleo and nuts; spread in
9 X 13 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 º. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip and spread on crust. Mix together lemon pudding and milk and pour on the cheese mixture. Frost with 1 cup Cool Whip.
