1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 jar carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

4 oz. cream cheese
4 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Chopped Nuts

Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, salt together.
Beat eggs, add sugar and oil. Add carrots, vanilla and flour mixture slowly. Stir in nuts. Bake in greased and floured 9" x 13' pan. Bake 30 minutes @ 350

Mix frosting ingredients together. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
