1 quart peaches
3/4 cup sugar
1T. cornstarch
1T. tapioca

1tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first flour ingredients and heat until sugar melts and mixture thickens. Set aside.
Mix together baking powder, sugar and flour; add milk and vanilla. In deep 9x13" dish, melt the butter. Pour mixture over melted butter; do not stir. Pour fruit mixture over batter; do not stir. Bake at 375 degrees about 45 minutes until brown.
