2/3 c. butter softened
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Filling:
2 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
Green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter andf sugar. Add milk and egg - mix well. Combine dry ingredients - gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Cover and chill dough for 2 hours or until firm. Roll on floured surface to 1/8" thick. Bake at 375º for 5-6 minutes. Cool.
Spread filling on top of one and then top with the other half.
