4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 T. cocoa (Ghirardelli is my favorite)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 T. butter
6 T. milk
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well, then add sugar. Melt cocoa and butter in microwave and stir until mixed well. Add to egg and sugar mixture. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Let cool thoroughly before adding frosting.

FROSTING:
Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until spreading consistency. Then frost brownies.
