1 lb lean hamburger
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup water
10 flour tortillas
2 cans El Paso Mild enchilada sauce
1 pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Sour Cream optional

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water to pan, cook until thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds to make pliable. Put ¼ cup meat mixture, 2 TBSP shredded cheese in each tortilla, roll, sealing ends and place in greased 9x13 pan with ½ C enchilada sauce in bottom of pan. After placing all tortillas in the pan, pour remaining enchilada sauce over all making sure all tortillas are completely covered. Dot with sour cream and cheddar cheese if desired. Cover with foil, bake in 350º oven for 20 minutes.
