1 package (10 ounces) vanilla milk chips or chunks
1 c. whole almonds (skins on), toasted
1/2 c. candied red cherries, quartered
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
2. Microwave vanilla chips on medium for 2 1/2 minutes or until soft. Then stir until smooth.
3. Stir in almonds, cherries, and raisins. Drop tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until hard. Store airtight.

I often substitute the candied fruit they have in the grocery stores around Christmas time for the cherries. It makes it even more colorful.
