1 can (6 oz.) chopped/sliced broiled mushrooms,
1/4 c. finely chopped onion,
1/4 c. butter,
1/8 tsp. marjoram,
1/4 c. flour,
dash - cayenne pepper,
1/4 c. cream,
1 loaf (1 lb) thin sliced white bread,
2 tbsp. butter (softened),
1/4 tsp. bottled browning sauce (kitchen bouquet)

Step 1:
Drain mushrooms - reserving broth. Chop mushrooms very fine. cook onion in butter til tender. Add marjoram, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add mushroom broth and cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in cream and mushrooms. Cool.

Step 2:
Remove crust from bread and roll thin with rolling pin. Spread each slice with one tbsp mushroom mix. Roll up as a jelly roll.

Step 3:
Blend softened butter and browning sauce together. Brush each roll with sauce. Cut into 3rds and place in container, and freeze.

Step 4:
To cook. Place frozen rolls on cookie sheet. Bake 425 degrees for 10 minutes, serve hot.

Maybe frozen up to 2 weeks.
