egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1 T. corn starch
2T. sugar
2 tsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 250º. Beat egg whites till stiff and glossy. Combine sugar, cream of tartar, and cornstarch. Gradually beat into egg whites. Beat until stiff. Add vinegar and fold gently spoon meringue onto parchment cookie sheets in small circles. Make a depression in center. Bake 1/2 hour until the start to look dried out. Turn oven off. Open door and let sit for 15 minutes. Spoon sweetened whipped cream into depressed center. Top with sliced fruit.
