1 egg beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 salt
1+ T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, sour cream, and buttermilk. Sift together flour , soda, baking powder, salt & sugar and add to liquids. Mix until batter is lumpy but don't over beat.
