2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. each: curry powder, nutmeg, dry mustard
1 cup cooked cubed chicken
1 small orange or tangerine
1 small green apple or green grapes
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. toasted almond slivers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together mayonnaise and yogurt, then add the curry powder, nutmeg and dry mustard to make the dressing. Combine the chicken, orange, grapes, celery and green pepper in a separate bowl. Gently toss with the dressing. Add the slivered almonds and toss gently again. Refrigerate for at least an hour but preferably overnight before serving.
