1 cup sour cream
2 green bell peppers, diced
1 (8 ounce) carton sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 (16 ounce) box Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 pound ham
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, cut into small pieces

Butter 9 x 13 baking dish. Beat eggs and sour cream in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into baking dish. Preheat oven to 325. Bake for 60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

I mix ingredients together in a large container and take to Annie's house for Christmas morning breakfast. I pour into a dish and bake at her home. It goes very fast!
