1 1/2 c. scalded milk
2 T. yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water and honey.
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
5-7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and let cool. Prepare yeast in warm water.
Beat together: sugar, oil, salt, and eggs. Add 4 cups of flour, cooled milk, and yeast mixture. Add necessary flour up to 5-7 cups. Let rise till doubled. Punch down & let rise 45 minutes. Roll out rolls and place on buttered pans. Let rise and then bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes.
