4 oz margarine
3/4 tsp peppermint flavoring
5 drops food coloring
2# powdered sugar

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together and add powdered sugar.
The recipe may be easily doubled.
Use this recipe for making mints in rubber molds-example: roses, bells, hearts

This mint recipe has been used to make special mints for all weddings in our family. Aunt Betty made them for my wedding- red and white roses and green leaves. We made them for Katie and Andrea's weddings in pastel colors. I have the molds and they have been used by numerous friends over the years.
