1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oatmeal
(Pour over oatmeal & let set for 10 min. )
1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 cube butter/margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1 T. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over oatmeal & let set for 10 min. Add sugars and butter to oatmeal until it melts. Stir in eggs and then everything else. Stir in 1/2 of chocolate chips. Pour into 9X13 pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

Double mixture but not chips for brownie pan size and sprinkle top with chips.
