3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and set aside first 3 ingredients.
Cream butter and gradually add sugar and brown sugar; cream together well. Add eggs, water, vanilla and beat well. Blend in dry ingredients. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Flatten about 1 T. of dough in your palm and place one chocolate mint in the center. Wrap dough around mint wafer. Top with 1/2 pecan. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 º for 10-15 minutes.
