1 envelope Knox Gelatin,
1/4 c cold water,
2 cans drained tuna,
6 chopped hard-boiled sggs,
1 small jar sliced or chopped green olives,
2 1/2 c lite or fat free real mayonnaise.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tuna, eggs, and olives. In a small sauce pan, mix Knox gelatin and water. Heat about one minute until simmering. Remove from heat and mix into the tuna mixture. Add mayonnaise, blend well. Refrigerate 2 hours. When cooled, can remove from the bowl and form into the shape of a fish and serve with crackers or vegetables.
