1 can Chick Peas (drained),
1 small can sliced Black Olives (drained),
1 Onion (sliced thin),
2 diced Tomatoes,
1/2 head Cauliflower (in bite size pieces),
1 stalk Broccoli florets,
**Can add or subtract ANY fresh vegetables to this salad according to your own taste.
1 c Pine Nuts, Walnuts, or Sunflower Seeds (optional),
1 bottle Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Mix all, cover, and marinate over night in the refrigerator. This stays well for several days.
