1 c frozen Edamame,
1 avocado (peeled and pitted),
1/3 c sour cream,
3 green onions (chopped),
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard,
1 tbsp lime juice,
3 cloves garlic (put through press),
1 tsp cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Edamame according to directions. Drain and cool. Using a food processor, chop Edamame. Add avocado, sour cream, green onions, mustard, lime juice and garlic. Process until smooth.

Serve with baked tortilla chips or vegetables. Can be used as a spread on sandwiches or subs.
