4 (3/4-inch-thlck) loin lamb chops
1 clove garlic
½ cup olive, oil
3/4 cup brandy
1 tablespoon dried whole rosemary
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Italian breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon margarine, melted
½ cup Dijon mustard, divided
1 tablespoon dried whole rosemary
Mint jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Rub lamb chops with garlic clove, and place chops in a shallow dish. Combine next 6 ingredients, stirring well; pour over chops. Cover and marinate in
refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning chops several times.

Remove chops from marinade, and place on broiler pan. Combine breadcrumbs, margarine, and ¼ cup Dijon mustard; mix well, and spread evenly on top of chops. Sprinkle lamb chops with 1 tablespoon rosemary.

Broil 11 inches from heat 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and brush top of chops with remaining Dijon mustard. Return to oven, and broil an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and allow to stand 5 minutes. Serve with mint jelly. Yield: 2 to 4 servings.
