1/2 c butter (melted)
1 c white sugar
2 small eggs
1 T milk or water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. vanilla pudding mix (dry)
1/2 c socoa
3/4 sup gluten free flour (with Xanthium gum)
(or add 1/2 tsp Xanthium gum)
1/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Blend Butter and Sugar. Add all other ingredients leaving chocolate chips for last. Pour into microwave safe greased 8x8 pan. Bake on high for 6-7 minutes

Stir in 4 oz. coconut flakes
or 2-3 T chopped nuts
Substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips for white or mint chips.
