5 - new potatoes medium size
2 - stalks of celery
3 - eggs
Italian Dressing
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup - sour cream
Salt and Pepper
A couple of shakes of dill weed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain and peel potatoes. Cut potatoes in half and then into cubes. Place in a large bowl and lightly coat with Italian dressing. Cook eggs until hard boiled, peel, cool, then dice. Add the eggs to potatoes. Chop celery and add to bowl. Add salt, pepper, and dill weed (if desired) and mayo and sour cream. Cover and chill until ready to serve

The popular way to eat this is after it has been chilled, but I LOVE this when the potatoes are still warm!
