5 oz fish (Cod, Haddock, Perch, or Sole),
6 Saltine crackers,
2 tbsp reduced calorie margarine,
2 tsp Parmesan cheese,
1/4 tsp oregano,
1/4 tsp basil,
1/8 tsp garlic powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash thawed fish and pat dry. Crush saltines in blender and mix with basil, parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder.

Melt margarine in baking dish in a 350º oven. Then dip fish in margarine and roll in crumb and herb mixture.

Return fish to baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes with a fork. Serve immediately.
