1/4 c low-fat cottage cheese,
2 tbsp whole wheat flour.

Optional:
generous sprinkle of cinnamon,
1 pkg Splenda or Equal,
1 dash of vanilla,
1/3 c blueberries,
sugar free syrup,
light whipping cream.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Grease skillet. Bring skillet to med/hi heat. Poor mixture into skillet. Flip once.
