1 egg,
4 tbl. melted butter,
1/2 c. water,
1/2 tsp. salt.
Filling:

1/2 c. melted butter,
1 1/2 c. sugar.

Directions:
Directions:

mix together flour, melted butter and salt as you do when making pie crust. Then add the beaten egg and water, add to the flour mixture and knead for about 15 min. Add a little flour if it sticks. When nice and smooth let it stand in a buttered bowl. Butter the top and cover. Keep in warm place for half an hour or so. When it is warm it is easier to stretch. Place a clean tablecloth on the counter, sprinkled with flour. Place the dough in the middle and stretch it paper thin to the full length of 40x45 inches. Sprinkle melted butter evenly on the dough. Beat the whipping cream until thick, add eggs and beat until slightly thickened. spread this over the dough. Sprinkle the sugar over it and add the apples which have been sliced thin, add raisins and very little cinnamon. Roll the dough by raising the table cloth and place in a buttered pan. Bake for 10 min. at 400 º and then at 350º for 45 min.
