1 (21-oz.) can peach pie filling
2 (15-1/2-oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
2 (11-oz.) cans Mandarin oranges
1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 pt. fresh
4 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg. bowl, mix all the fruit together. Pour peach pie filling over it and stir until well mixed. Chill before serving. Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks in Tupperware and bananas will not turn dark. You may substitute cherry or strawberry filling and use canned sliced peaches. Serve over ice cream or as a dessert with topping.

Burgess, and the sister of Jeane (Hollenshead) Finkbeiner who contributed this "Hollenshead Classic" recipe in her memory.
