1 head iceberg lettuce
1 head romaine lettuce
1 (10 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento
1 large red onion, sliced or chopped
1 (12 oz.) can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
1/2 cup fresh Romano cheese, grated
1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
fresh ground pepper, to taste

Dressing:
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive oil and vinegar. Season to taste. Mix remaining ingredients in large salad bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.
