1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg white
3 cups pecan halves
4 tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Whisk egg white and 1 T. water. Add pecans to coat.
mix in dry ingredients and butter. Toss to cover.
Spread pecan mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from oven and cool.
