1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 red onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon
1 small cauliflower, chopped
1 small jar Hellman's mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon in to pieces, cook and drain. In a large salad bowl, layer the following ingredients, starting with lettuce in bite sized pieces, then red onions, bacon and cauliflower. Spread mayonnaise over the top like icing, then sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss just before serving.
