16 oz box pasts like elbows, rotini, penne, or cavatappi
4x8 oz or 2x16oz packages shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup hot water
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Spray 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
Boil pasta according to al dente directions on box, drain and rinse with cold water
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except the breadcrumbs and butter
Pour mixture into baking dish
Cover with bread crumbs and dot the top with butter
Bake for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned and sides are bubbly
