9-10 cups Corn Chex Cereal
1 cup Pretzels
1 cups Peanuts or Pecans
1-2 cups Coconut
1/2 cup Margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1-2 cups Chocolate Chips
1-2 cups Red/Green M&M's (or seasonal M&M colors)
1-2 cups Reese's Chips
1 cup Raisins

Directions:

Place cereal, pretzels, nuts and coconut in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Combine margarine, brown sugar, and syrup in a saucepan. Melt over medium heat on stove top. Stir until mixture boils. Let boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda.

Pour syrup mixture over cereal mix and stir gently.

Cook for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and continue stirring gently every 5 minutes till mixture has cooled. The faster it cools, the better. When completely cool, add chocolate chips, M&M's, Reese's chips, and raisins. Stir and serve.

This is a sweet version of the traditional Chex Mix.
