Trimmed Brisket
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 tbsp. Celery Seed
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 (13 oz.) Woody's Cooking Sauce
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke

Combine seasonings and press on a trimmed brisket.

Wrap in heavy foil and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 300º F. Bake in sealed heavy foil for 4-5 hours. Open foil and baste with Woody's Cooking Sauce. Close foil again and bake for one additional hour.
