2 lbs. Pork Sausage
12 Eggs, beaten
3 cups Milk
1 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Salt
3 slices Bread - cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain on a paper plate.

Combine sausage with other ingredients and pour into a well greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan.

Cover and refrigerate over night.

In the morning, preheat oven to 350º F. Cook casserole for approximately 1 hour.

Remove from the oven, cool slightly and cut into squares. Serve warm.
