1 package Sub Buns
3/4 lb. sliced Deli Ham (we like mesquite smoked)
3/4 lb. sliced Deli Turkey (we like mesquite smoked)
1/2 lb. sliced Hard Salami
1/2 lb. sliced Provolone Cheese
Paul Newman Family Recipe Italian Dressing
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Split sub buns and place open-faced on a cookie sheet. Set oven to broil setting. Place buns under the broiler keeping a close watch. Remove when the buns are slightly toasted.

Drizzle Italian Dressing on the toasted buns. Remove the top half of bun from the cookie sheet.

Layer ham, turkey, salami, and cheese on the bottom bun. Sprinkle with pepper.

Place back in the oven under the broil and heat until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, place the top bun on sandwich. Cut in half and serve.
