1/3 c all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 (4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
bread crumbs (as much as needed)
cooking spray
1 bottle of spaghetti sauce
3/4 c mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine first four ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
- Dredge 1 chicken breast in flour mixture. Dip in egg white and coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
- Arrange chicken in 13x9 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
- Warm spaghetti sauce in sauce pan.
- Pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake until cheese melts (around 5 min).

I like to prepare the chicken ahead of time (during nap) and then just put it in before dinner time. It is so easy and very yummy. I serve it with linguini, salad and bread!
