4 lg baking potatoes,
1/2 c reduced calorie margarine,
1/2 c flour,
6 c skim milk,
1 tsp salt,
2 tsp pepper,
1 med onion (chopped),
2 green onions (chopped),
4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled),
6 oz light sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and bake at 350º for one hour or until done. Cool and cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Melt margarine in large pan and mix in flour. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until bubbly and thickened. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, onions, and bacon. Cook until onions are soft. Add sour cream.
