2 lb chuck roast, trimmed and diced to bite-size.
1 can (16 oz) tomatoes, drained, liquid reserved.
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup diced green pepper
8 oz frozen peas (unthawed)
1 Tbsp steak sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Put beef in casserole. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Add drained tomatoes. Sprinkle onion mix, green pepper, peas and mushrooms over tomatoes. Combine reserved liquids with remaining ingredients and pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 350 F for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over noodles.
