8 eggs
2 c. milk
12 oz. lemon yogurt
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. day old French bread or baguette, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 c. fresh blueberries
8 oz. whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Whisk eggs in large bowl until well beaten. Add milk, yogurt and sugar; mix well. Add bread and toss to coat completely. Add cream cheese and 1 c. blueberries and toss to blend. Coat a 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Preheat over to 350º; remove plastic wrap and bake 50-55 minutes, until knife comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with remaining blueberries and whipped topping.
