1 pkg (5.5 oz) slivered almonds - salted and toasted
2 cups mayonnaise (Helman's light)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2.5 tbsp soy sauce (a must)
1 heaping tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp onion juice or grated onion
1 tbsp chutney (can substitute chopped apple and raisins)
3 cups chicken or turkey - cooked and cut into chunks (cook in salt water)
1 can water chestnuts - sliced
1.5 cups celery - chopped
2 cups green seedless grapes
1 can (15 3/4oz) pineapple chunks - drained

Mix together mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice, curry, onion. Assemble all other ingredients. Toss together - mix well. Chill overnight.

option - use red grapes, pecans or walnuts and cranberry chutney
