5-6 large potatoes - boil until tender
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 or 2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon - just a little
craisins or raisins - optional

Topping-
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 stick butter - melted
1 cup nuts - chopped
1/3 cup flour

Stir together then add topping.

Bake 350º for 30 to 35 minutes
